I recently changed my smartphone. How do I access my mobile tickets on my new phone?
You can only log in to the UEFA Mobile Tickets app from one phone, the one you first used to register. This means that you will have to use this phone to access the stadium.
If you can no longer access the original device, the only option will be to visit the Ticketing Centre near the stadium on the day of the match or the day before. For our staff to assist you, you will need to go there in person and bring with you:
Your original ID/passport*
Your smartphone.
Your order confirmation or the email notification you received when the ticket was transferred to you
*i.e.: passport or national identity card, if issued by a Schengen area country / passport only, if issued by a non-Schengen area country. Copies or photos will not be accepted.
Information regarding the location and opening hours of the Ticketing Centre will be communicated closer to the event.
