Can I modify my personal details or email address on my Ticket Portal account?
Please note that once you have created your ticket portal account and filled in all the required information, you will no longer be able to modify your data – including your email address.
If your data is not correct and you did not purchase tickets, we invite you to delete your account and create a new one with your correct data. Here you can find more information on how to delete your account.
